1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings. When you see them used anywhere in this document or across the RA 876 platform, please refer back to this section for their exact meaning.

• "RA 876" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to RA 876, the online betting and gaming platform accessible at ra876.com, operated under a valid PAGCOR licence.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on RA 876 and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" — the individual account created by a registered member of RA 876, used to access the platform's betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds currently held in a member's RA 876 account, not including bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a member's account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, bingo session, or any other wagering product offered by RA 876.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through qualifying games before the bonus or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees RA 876's operations.

2Eligibility and Registration

Registration on RA 876 is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By completing registration, you confirm that you satisfy each of these conditions.

Each member is permitted exactly one account on RA 876. Opening, using, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or at different periods — is prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended without notice, and any balances associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration and at any point thereafter, RA 876 reserves the right to require identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions.

3Account Security and Responsibility

Your RA 876 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or used on behalf of any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your RA 876 account and keep it confidential at all times. Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
• You must not allow any other person — including family members, friends, or third-party betting services — to log in to your account or place bets on your behalf.
• You must notify RA 876 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any unfamiliar activity in your account history.
• RA 876 will never ask you for your full password via email, SMS, or any third-party messaging platform. Any communication claiming otherwise should be reported to our support team as a potential phishing attempt.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

RA 876 accepts deposits via all major Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on RA 876 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit on RA 876 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount from RA 876 is ₱200. 5Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: New members who make a qualifying first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to ₱10,000. The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Wagering must be completed on eligible sports or casino games as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses on RA 876 have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry dates are stated clearly when a bonus is issued.

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be suspended.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on RA 876 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type.

• Bet Acceptance: RA 876 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion, including before or after confirmation is shown. In cases where a bet is accepted in error — due to a system fault, obvious pricing error, or data feed issue — RA 876 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are published incorrectly due to a human or system error that creates a material advantage for bettors — for example, a favourite priced at significantly higher odds than the true market — RA 876 reserves the right to void all bets placed on the erroneous odds and restore stakes.
• Event Postponements: If a sporting event covered on RA 876 is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has been completed, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Live bets placed after the event has started may be settled based on the official result at the time of abandonment, subject to competition-specific rules.
• Parlays and Combination Bets: All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to be paid out. If one leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs and the void leg's odds are removed from the multiplier calculation.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface on RA 876.

The RA 876 sports trading team sets and adjusts odds at their discretion. Odds may change between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed — the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RA 876 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where required by Philippine law, notification of the relevant authorities.

• Match-fixing and fraud: Placing bets in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the RA 876 platform in any non-human manner without express written authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using RA 876 as a vehicle for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Multi-accounting: Operating or benefiting from more than one RA 876 account, or creating accounts for the purpose of circumventing previous bans or exploiting promotions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to live poker, team challenge formats, or bingo.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed on RA 876.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the RA 876 platform — including but not limited to the brand name RA 876, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of RA 876 and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the RA 876 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any RA 876 content without express prior written consent.

9Privacy and Data Protection

RA 876's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the RA 876 Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, RA 876 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. 10Responsible Gaming

RA 876 is committed to responsible gaming. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a response to personal hardship, or a habit that negatively impacts your life or the lives of those around you.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all RA 876 members at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period of up to 72 hours before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder to notify you after a specified amount of continuous play time on RA 876.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from RA 876 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot access your account or place bets. Existing pending bets may still be settled during a cool-off period.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, RA 876's total liability to any member in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

RA 876 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Bets placed based on inaccurate information, errors in data feeds, or incorrect public information about sporting events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network outages.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits RA 876's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Amendments to These Terms

RA 876 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect member rights or obligations — RA 876 will provide advance notice via email to the registered address on your account and/or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the RA 876 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account at any time. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. RA 876 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR, and all operations are conducted in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

If you have a dispute with RA 876 regarding any aspect of these Terms, your account, a settled bet, or any platform service, please follow the following escalation process:
