Registering on RA 876 takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your username, email, and password in Step 1, then add your full name, mobile number, and date of birth in Step 2. After submitting, verify your email and mobile number using the links and OTP we send you. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. You must be at least 21 years old to register — this is a PAGCOR requirement and is verified during KYC.
No — each person may hold only one RA 876 account. Duplicate registrations are detected by our system and result in all accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your account, please use the password recovery option on the Login page or contact support@ra876.com for account recovery. Do not create a second account.
RA 876 accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID — PhilSys National ID, SSS card, GSIS e-Card, driver's licence, Philippine passport, PRC Professional ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. Upload a clear photo or scan showing your full name, date of birth, and a recognisable photo. KYC is reviewed within 24 hours. You can bet while your KYC is pending — withdrawals are processed after KYC approval.
Log in to your RA 876 account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, change your password, and manage your contact details. Changing your email requires verification of the new address via an email confirmation link. For security, password changes require your current password before a new one can be set.
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox — it's valid for 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you registered with mobile only, contact support@ra876.com for assisted account recovery.
Accounts can be temporarily suspended for KYC verification holds, multiple failed login attempts (auto-lifts after 30 minutes), responsible gaming interventions, or Terms and Conditions investigations. Contact support@ra876.com with your registered email and a brief description of what happened. Our team will review and respond promptly — usually within a few hours.
If you want to take a break, use the Cool-Off or Self-Exclusion tools in Account Settings first — these are faster and reversible (within their terms). If you want to permanently close your account, contact support@ra876.com requesting account closure. You'll need to withdraw any remaining balance before closure is finalised. Under PAGCOR regulations, account data is retained for a minimum period after closure.
Log in and go to Account Settings, then Security. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You can choose to receive your second factor via SMS OTP to your registered mobile number or via an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. RA 876 strongly recommends enabling 2FA — it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.

Select GCash from the payment method list, enter your deposit amount (minimum ₱100), and you'll be directed to the GCash payment interface — either through your GCash app or a linked mobile number. Complete the payment in GCash and your RA 876 balance updates within seconds in most cases. No RA 876 platform fees on deposits.
The minimum deposit on RA 876 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification as required by Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws. Withdrawal limits vary by payment method — GCash withdrawals up to ₱100,000 per transaction, bank transfers up to ₱500,000 per day for verified accounts.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within minutes in most cases — rarely longer than 30 minutes during normal operating hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, check your GCash or bank transaction history to confirm the payment was debited. If it was debited but not credited, take a screenshot of the transaction proof and contact support@ra876.com or via live chat. Include your RA 876 username, the deposit amount, the transaction reference number, and the time of the deposit.
Withdrawals can be rejected for several reasons: KYC verification is not yet complete; active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; the withdrawal amount exceeds a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds; bank account details entered don't match the registered account holder name; or an account security review is in progress. Check your account notifications for the specific reason, or contact support@ra876.com for a clear explanation and next steps.
RA 876 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — GCash, your bank, or card issuer — may apply their own transaction fees, particularly for bank transfers or international card transactions. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule. RA 876 has no control over third-party provider fees.
All RA 876 accounts for Philippine players are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and balances are displayed in PHP. There is no need for currency conversion — deposit in pesos, bet in pesos, withdraw in pesos. Simple as that.

The minimum bet on RA 876 is ₱10 across most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event — typically ranging from ₱50,000 to ₱500,000 per bet for major events. VIP members may have higher maximum bet limits based on their tier. Exact maximum bet limits are displayed on each market at the time of placing your bet. A parlay (also called an accumulator or combo bet) combines two or more selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, meaning the potential payout is much higher than single bets — but the risk is also higher since a single wrong selection loses the entire parlay. RA 876 supports parlays of up to 20 selections across most sports markets. Each leg must be from a different match or event.
If a match is cancelled or postponed and does not restart within 12 hours (24 hours for some leagues), all bets on that event are voided and the stake is returned to your RA 876 wallet. In parlays, a voided leg is treated as a push — it is removed and the parlay continues at reduced odds with the remaining selections. Yes — RA 876 offers both full and partial cash out on selected markets for pre-match and live bets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. To cash out, go to your open bets in the My Bets section and click "Cash Out" on any eligible bet. Cash out availability and value change constantly during live events — the offer displayed is valid for a short window and may change before you confirm.
RA 876 displays odds in decimal format by default — the most common format in the Philippines and Asia. Decimal odds represent the total return per ₱1 staked including your stake back. For example, odds of 2.50 on a ₱1,000 bet returns ₱2,500 (₱1,500 profit + ₱1,000 stake). You can switch between decimal, fractional, and Hong Kong odds formats in your account settings.

RA 876 awards 1 VIP point per ₱100 wagered on sports betting markets and 1 VIP point per ₱50 wagered on casino games, bingo, and other gaming products. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

A cool-off is a short, structured break from RA 876. You can choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is suspended and you cannot log in or place bets. Existing open bets may still be settled. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once started — this is intentional. Apply a cool-off from Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, or contact support if you need one applied urgently. There is no minimum number of cool-offs — you can apply them as often as you need.
